I’m sorry, but i’m very confused.

“All of the ascended back-item pieces that required 1 vial of Condensed Mists Essence can now be forged with Bloodstone Dust instead.”
I understand this part.

What i dont understand is how are we supposed to upgrade them?
Because we still require Gift of ascention.

That was imprecise. The new recipes exist for quivers and books only. Fractal capacitors can still be done only the old way (though see here)
