Crafting can get somebody from level 1 to level 80. You can indirectly purchase all crafting materials with real money, this means that you can get the best craft gear and max level with real world money. This is pay to win.

I don’t really care about the leveling very much but I do care about the craft gear. Please implement some new tiers of craft gear that requires materials that cannot be bought off the auction house. Make crafting something that actually reflects your progress as a player and not not how much money you have available.

I dont get how getting to 80 fast is considered a “win”. Why?

Yes, please do explain how getting to level 80 is considering “winning”. Just because you can potentially pay to do it faster than others doesn’t make you better than them.

It would, in fact, make you suck more or “lose” as you dont know how to use your class effectively. So, in fact, you lose.

This is a problem why? People play games to have fun. Some people have time to invest in the game, and some people work so they have less time but more money.

It could be argued they are helping the company more by investing more resources (as long as they buy from Anet not some 3rd party bot site) and using less resources.

Paying to bypass “unfun” content is as old as Game Genie for the NES (prob older).

I knew parents in WoW who paid their kids to farm gold or drops. We had one guy in our guild paid his son $30 if he would farm a Crusader recipe.

OP there is no win at all except in your head….

If there was, I’d have done it already as I can afford it no probs.

The end.
