Guild Wars 2

Hello,

I apologise if this has been asked already (as I’m sure, in some form, it has)—but I often see lvl 80s roaming around in amazing gear. Flaming shoulders, brilliant helms, etc.

I know cultural armours are bought, I know cosmetic armours are gotten from the store, but as far as crafting armours go—-is that where the awesome armour sets come from?

I have a lvl 80 norn already, but I never really got into crafting until my guardian. (At time of posting, lvl 71.) I heard it was worth waiting til lvl 80 to really get into crafting because you get more bonuses.

Any information would be GREAT. I’m a huge pVe player, so while this isn’t my first mmo go round, this is my first time crafting.

Crafted armor is pretty basic, that is there are no particle effect. You are probably looking at dungeon armor for the flames (Citadel of Flame). There are a couple of bright helms I can think of. One is from achievements and there is another from a past living story.

Ah, ok! Thanks; haha, dungeon running is something I am also now just getting into as well. As someone who has had this game nearly since launch…I’m quite behind, really.
