The wiki doesn’t tell you how to get it. I assumed it was a recipe drop. Didn’t think to “discover” the item till just now.
It seems you dont know how to look at it or you are just lazy.
Hint: tap “destroyer weapons”. This is what i found from that link, i dont know if its different for that specific weapon.
