im wondering why we cant craft destroyer weapons with zealot stats, would really like a
Zealot’s Destroyer Shield or a Zealot’s Destroyer Sword for my guard who is themed lava

The possibilty is there, as you can craft a zealot shield and transmute the stats to your destroyer shield.

The reason why a zealot destroyer shield is not available is because none of the zealot/keeper gear is craftable via discovery, you need not only the recipe for the inscription but also for the weapon you want to craft, much like the celestial recipes.

As Destroyer weapons give you an extra chance to get discovery exp by simply adding 30 destroyer Lodestones, i think they wanted to disable that feature.

It was possible to craft Sentinel Destroyer Weapons and once ascended weaponcrafting went live and Sentinel Inscription were available through guild commendations, their price dropped immensily. I made a huge profit buying sentinel inscriptions when their price plumeted after the patch and filling buy orders for sentinel weapons.
When their buy orders were filled, i went on to buy destroyer lodestones to fill those buy orders for snetinel destroyer weapons.

I made more than 3000g profit in 2 hours.

Use transmutation crystals.

yeah i got the part from that it will give a extra exp in discovory, i just find it kinda stupid to MUST use transmute crystals to get a destroyer weapon with those thats
