I was about to use a magic find booster before crafting but I wanted to know if Magic find would help you at all in crafting. Anyone happen to know?

I don’t see how it could possibly help you out. There isn’t anything to find. It’s a definite item from a definite recipe.

There’s a crafting XP booster that you might want to use instead.

If it helps you find mats, that’s a pretty big helper. Does it?

I’ll agreed with Sparkie and see magic find not helping during crafting.

According to the wiki

“Magic find is an attribute that increases a player’s chance to receive rare loot from drops. "

This definition suggests that it has no bearing on crafting whatsoever, other than possibly increasing the amount of crafting materials you find while killing mobs in the game.

well it can help after you craft when you salvage the stuff for more mats

The only thing that it might help you on is when salvaging mats and maybe use in the mystic forge in getting an item of a higher tier.
