Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m supposed to have the recipe for the seeker’s mask at level 25, right? As you can see from this picture, I don’t have it!

Mask padding + Mask strap + insignia = Mask.

It’s something you need to discover since masks (and shoulders) have no “simple” version.

Edited to add: Pretty much from this point on you’ll be using the discovery tab to unlock pretty much all gear except for a few which have recipes purchased from vendors. Once you hit level 375, you need to use recipes for rares to finish the last leg to 400, which you can buy from the appropriate crafting vendor.
