I was crafting my weaponsmith up today, when I realized this combination in the discovery panel. 7 undiscovered recipes, and I have no idea what the 4th component could be. Anyone else figure this out?

Also, it did not seem to react to an inscription.

With the introduction of the newest patch, several new inscriptions have been added into the game. These can only be obtained by salvaging non-craftable exotic weapons. However, to offset the ease of obtaining these inscriptions, you must also add 5 ectos to the mix. Thus, the recipe for the greatsword will be: blade + hilt + inscription (settler’s, dire, magi’s, rabid, etc.) + 5 ectos. Insignias, of course, are not used in weaponsmithing recipes. Yeah I meant inscriptions. I didn’t realize they added the crest-stat inscriptions to the game, kinda lame they take ecto to make.

You can buy some inscriptions at the weaponsmith vendor by the station. 896 karma each. They have, I believe, 5 different ones.

Slight correction – there’s 7 different recipes to be learnt at each master crafting NPC, they’re all the same ones when it comes to weapons and armour.
