So I have a very specific question about crafting Eternity.

Do you get an “un-soulbound” Eternity regardless of the binding of the Twilight and Sunrise?

The reason I ask is that I have a Twilight on my Warrior, which is soulbound, and I’m near completion of Sunrise, and I was thinking of combining to make an Eternity, but giving to a character OTHER than my Warrior. Is that going to work? or will it be soulbound to my Warrior as soon as it’s combined in the forge?

Anyone know?

Eternity will NOT be souldbound when you make it. However, if you choose a stat after you make it, it’ll make it soulbound.

I created Eternity just about 10 hours back, so I confirm my above statement is true

Good day. Regardless of whether you have Twilight or Sunrise equipped / soulbound, once you placed the intended items within the forge to make Eternity, that new weapon can be given to any toon that can equip a greatsword. Only adjust your new weapon once you have given Eternity to the rightful toon.

I had equipped both legendaries, twilight and sunrise, before making eternity.

Thanks guys – just wanted to make 100% sure – obviously, because having it be soulbound to the wrong character would be disastrous

One more question – I know that Eternity glows like twilight at night and sunrise during the day, but what about in dungeons? does it always automatically go to night (twilight) similar to the AC weapons or does it still follow the day/night clock?

Depends on the dungeon. Some dungeons take place at night, other in the day so yes it’ll function like the AC weapons.

I’m curious about something similar to what dbgamer was interested in finding out:
Does Soulbinding a Precurser affect the outcome of a Legendary? I know Transmuting a Precurser can, but I’m not sure about Soulbinding one. (Sorry if you feel I’m taking over this Post a little)

You can use soul bound precursors to craft your legendary and the result will be unbound. No worries there.
