I see recipies requiring the exotic holding rune, however they dont tell me if the bag would be considered exotic.

Trying to craft a exotic 20 slot hidden bag, so if I change weapons(2-1h to a 2h) or loot exotics they go here

To the best of my knowledge the only type of bags that shorts by item rarity are the fractal containers bought in the Dissa’s lab (250 relics for the one you want). The closest crafted equivalent are the equipment bags/boxes that will pull gear into them if they have open slots when the gear goes to inventory – but they grab any gear, not just exotic.
