I am close to hitting 80. I dont have the time to dump into running mass amounts of Dungeons, etc…

I have seen Draconic armor on the TP for sale, however in a kit, I can not tell if I can wear it.

I am looking for a purchasble exotic set, or craftable, or a kit similar to Draconic if it at all exists.

Are you looking the gear set mainly for looks or with some specific stat combination?

I would like to have both, but effectiveness is key. I am primarily doing SPvP and WvW. My builds are based upon mostly support, or annoyance, aka SB/AxeWH, or LB/AxeWH. My spec is gearing toward direct damage with my bow, and traps.

So short of the long, Condition Toughness Vitality Power in that order.

Awgardner, just to inform you, the Draconic Armor set is heavy, so as a ranger you won’t be able to wear it. The crafted one for medium armor users is this one http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Emblazoned_armor.

craftable Carrion gear gives power+vitality+cond damage atleast , don’t really know if there’s an easy way to get cond+tougness+vitality gear without karma or dungeon/wvw badges.

Can emblazoned armor be purchased in a kit like the Draconic ?

Each set has different stat combinations and on top of that you need to get the amulet/rings/trinkets and weapon on top of that. And runes for the armor and sigils for the weapon.
You will be better of getting each piece of armor one by one from the TP, the satchels are most likely overprized and not all are available as satchels in the TP.
