Does anyone know where to find this recipe? According to someone on guru Lindsey said it wasn’t a karma recipe, so that leaves normal vendors, perhaps after a DE and mystic forge. It makes a green L60 scepter.
I’ve checked all the vendors I could find in the L60ish zones and have not run across this recipe yet.
I would like to know where to get this recipe aswell.

I suspect we were trolled by spidy and its infact a random trash drop, or, its a discontinued recipe from beta or something ? or its from forging 4 lower level sceptres possibly
