Where can I find the Feast Recipes ? For example this one. http://www.gw2db.com/items/63598-recipe-feast-of-truffle-steak-dinner , where can I find it? On trading post is too expensive. Thanks!

Assuming you can get everything else for “free” the Bottles of Elonian Wine still puts the minimm price at around 5g13s. If they had to buy the Mystic Coins the minimum becomes somewhere around 13g39s. Those are break even prices meaning you would have 0 profit.

Oh too bad.. Everything is too expensive and you can’t make a profit easy from cooking , right? Do you have any clue on how to make profit on trading post by chef? Seems to be more worthy if you sell the ingedient itself..

There’s another thread similar to this one, but in short, yes you can make money from cooking. The feasts are not what you want to make, and the key to profit is volume. You’re selling consumables, so keep in mind that people will always need your products. Armor and weapons are typically only bought once when you hit 80, but food will always be in demand.

Pick a recipe or two and study the behavior of each mat and the finished product for a week or two and you’ll see where profit can be made.

Those trays are made for people who have enough coin to afford this luxury. I’ve made 2 of those recipes in the magic forge, and I pop them to improve the DPS in my group when I see noone is using food buffs. Putting down a tray saves ME a ton of time, because the group puts out more dps which makes the whole experience a lot faster and enjoyable.
