Is this achievement bugged?

I followed the guide at dulfy:

with no success.

I made the Recipe: Feast of Spicy Lime Steaks, double clicked it and received recognition. However when I did the EXACT same for the Recipe: Feast of Truffle Steak Dinner I have an empty slot under Fine Dining indicating I still need to obtain the recipe.

I have the recipe listed under cooking and even went ahead and made/ate the product (not exactly cheap) but to no avail.

EDIT: I’m sitting at 13/14 so I’ve had no problems with the other achievements.

Did you make the recipe in the mystic forge?

MAybe you already knew the recipe before, then you have to learn it on a different char to get the achi.

I did make it in the forge.

I didn’t double check to see if I had the recipe initially however I can’t imagine how I would have had it originally. In any event that would still constitute it being a bug in my eyes because I still made the recipe and learned it after the achievement was released.

I didn’t experience this bug, although I did this much earlier. Perhaps one of the recent updates somehow borked it.

The only other thing I can suggest is that you make sure you used the “Recipe: Feast of Truffle Steak Dinner” and not “Recipe: Feast of Truffle Steak”. I believe the recipe should specifically say on the tooltip that it is part of the collection.

This is what happened.

I had the same thing happen yesterday. I made the recipe in the Mystic Forge. I had my level 80 Ele who is a level 400 chef read the recipe. I got no credit under the Fine Dining achievement.

I have the same question. Is this bugged? Has anyone else managed to get the achievement in the past couple of days?

You realize the OP made a mistake and created the feast for Truffle Steak rather than the Truffle Steak Dinner, right? Truffle Steak Dinner requires the Truffle Steak AND some Lotus dish to be combined to make the Dinner…..

Doh!!! It would have helped if I had read the description in the achievement.

I made the recipe for the feast of Truffle Steak Dinner and it finished off the achievement. Thanks for the help.
