FoTM Back piece upgrading question

If I got the FoTM back piece but wanted to transmute it to keep the look of the quiver would it still let me upgrade it to apply more AR?

the starting FOTM backpack is not infused.

You need to infuse it to get the +5 AR.
Same with the quiver…

At your point since u already have the quiver it only makes sense for you to infuse your quiver, you would need to spend the 250ectos + extra to infuse your quiver.

It would make no sense getting a fotm backpack… 1350 relics.. then an additional 500 relics + 250 ectos to infuse it, and then transmute it….

If your trying to cheat the recipy to infuse your backpack without spending 250 ectos….
Nope… not possible…
