Isn’t it supposed to be 250 Vials of Potent Blood? (Not sure myself. I’ve only used the MF once, to forge the Wintersday toys.)
I think it’s 250 Vial of Potent Blood you need, not 50.

You can’t grab items that are soulbound to another character from the bank.
Does it show the number of items required below it when you select them or not?
Sometime it not work. Just try reenter intems into forge
