Is anyone compiling a gallery of crafted armor and weapons screenshots? If I knew what a particular craft could make, I might be more likely to invest time and money into crafting. Similarly, this would be good for crafters looking to make money selling attractive items.

Yes. For armor, have a look at http://en.gw2data.com/armors-sets-guild-wars-2.xhtml. Not sure about weapons but it’s a great idea, so surely someone will.

I can’t tell if it’s their intention to display screenshots of the various items. So far that site appears to display data, not screenshots.
