search the TP for ‘recipe’. lots of limited-time ones there. some can be kinda expensive (50-500g), but lots are cheap (1-5s).
there are lots of npcs that sell recipes… I’m not sure how to find them all, but my first place to check might be dulfy’s wardrobe guide:

Plenty of players appear to have not met Mr. Wiki yet….

Blood legion seems to be Warband armor: “Blood Legion Soldiers wear this armour most noticeably in Lions Arch”

Flame legion armor: the light version may be the dungeon armor. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Flame_Legion_armor_
Possibly the other armor weights as well. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Flame_Legion_Breastplate

Good luck with your quest. Keep in mind that many recipes for food pots/feasts and satchels of armor havent even been forged yet (or not been put up for trading). Forging those recipes will take a ridicilous amount of skillpoints or gold to acquire.

I did this about two months ago.
The coverage of armor pieces by recipe pages is scattershot. More often than not, a complete set is not possible via crafting. That’s not to say that a complete set isn’t possible, because all the craftable pieces come from existing sets.

Additionally, each dungeon has some ultra-rare recipes for trinkets. These recipes are account-bound, and don’t impact the wardrobe in any way.
More thoroughly reading, it looks like you’re going to want the Cook recipes too. This is going to be a hefty list. It’s also going to include some recipes you can only get on the trade post (zealot’s, keeper’s, celestial gear) and food, nomad’s gear and Mawdry-related recipes from Dry Top.
Worst of all is the fact that one particular recipe, the Starcake recipe, can no longer be obtained. It only dropped from Rich Dragon Coffers, and it did not make a return this year. The recipes are all account bound too, so you can’t buy it from other players.
