Hi i bought shoes with 2 effects and it seems i can only make the first (1) effect active and i have no idea how to apply the next efffect (2) on those shoes any suggestions?

Hi there,

you need another piece of armor with the same rune. In your case Divinity. For example you have shoes with Divinity rune into them and if you buy shoulders with rune of Divinity (or place one Divinity rune in your current shoulders) you will get 2/2.

You need two parts of your armor with the “minor rune of divinity”.
So you need the boots and a 2nd piece with the same rune.
