I don’t have this recipe, can’t discover it and the weapon-smith vendor doesn’t sell it. So how do i get this recipe?

He means that he wants givers ascended weapon. SRY ionic, but dev decided to not implement givers ascended gear.

Totally off topic. Maybe he just wants to have an exotic givers weapon or use it to lvl his craft to 500 because he got some spare snowflakes.
