Hello, I’ve ran out of my small stockpile of wool, cotton and linen. Now I need to get more, but is there any efficient way of farming these cloths?

Right now I have no clue where to go to get more, and just killing things randomly doesn’t seem to be working out very well for me either. XD

The guide for the linen one, I think that’s the one that was decided by ANet to be an exploit and a number of people were banned/suspended. The event may be nerfed and no longer valid for farming linen.

You best bet for linen may be just to kill Charr and separatist in that map.

The Ulgoth chain was pretty nice for cotton, especially the defend event for Cloven Hoof Pass but a couple of the ones afterwards is also very good. Not sure if the patch made any change to that. The more people there the better too, just need to make sure you can tag everything.

the bags the dredge drop in Dredgehaunt Cliffs have linen in them pretty often, iirc.

Do some research on the wiki, which loot bags contain the cloth tier you want.
With the new megaserver world boss schedule, alot of people attend the pre events as well. Some pre events contain mobs that drop loot bags.
If you take Moodnir Ulgoth for example, those pre events spawn alot of mobs that drop bags that contain cotton.
Now remember that those events will be done on many servers simultaniously, resulting in a huge influx of those bags on the tp right after the event.
So after the event, you can get alot of bags on buy order for a cheap price and your orders fill up fast. Depending on the lootbag and the market, you can actually cover your initial investments by selling everything else you get from the bags except the cloth, so free cloth for you.
