Looks like another item that either got moved to another NPC or deleted from the game. There’s a aimilar situation with apples but luckily there was a secondary vendor that sold them for copper although he doesn’t show up on screen as one until you speak to him.
You can sometimes get them from Tiny Icy Bags, although it’s up to RNG, of course.
Yeah, they botched up a lot of merchant inventories for some reason in the feature patch, and green beans have effectively poofed. Hopefully they will be able to restore some of this stuff in an update in the near future. I’m a bit surprised they haven’t already.
