Only gained 6 levels going from 0-400 cooking. Level 21-27. I swear it was at least 9 levels per craft.

you need to craft to 500 for 10 levels now. 0-400 was nerfed to 7 levels

yup.nerfed to only 7 levels. it was 10 levels previously.
