How can I craft level 70 rares? Specifically for huntsman and leatherworker.

You have to buy the rare recipes from the Hunter / Leatherworker NPC for Karma.

Rares are lv 35 (iron), 50 (Steel), lv 65 (darksteel) and lv 80 (mithril). Buy via master of the craft you’re doing.

Level 70 rares to salvage for ectos? Usually the T5 mats for the insignia cost as much as an ecto.
