Do I need to create two characters to complete 2 times of the world completion to get 2 gift of exploration(one for sunrise, one for twilight)? Am I right? does Anyone know? Thanks a lot.

Yea, one step at a time

To create eternity you need to create both the legendary greatswords, Twilight and Sunrise, you then need to get 5 Piles of Crystalline Dust and 10 Philosopher’s Stones, then you just throw them all into the Mystic Forge, and it spits out Eternity.
