ok, so i’ve gone to many places of power that i’ve never used to make quartz crystals and they all give the same answer “you’ve used all of this places power” or something like that, i only used once and i can’t do it again, what am i doing wrong here?

You can only make one charged crystal per day per account.

And another thing:
1. You have to have at least 25 Quartz Crystals on you in your inventory (not your bank)
2. Not all places of power are able to charge Crystals (if I recall correctly)

You don’t make Quartz Crystals. You harvest them in Dry Top, home instance node (if you have it), or buy them off TP. Then you use 25 crystals to create one Charged Quartz Crystal in SP. And you can create only one charged crystal daily – not per “place of power”, but total, per account.

In your case it seems like you simply need to wait a day then try again.

1. Mine 25 Quartz Crystals. (or buy them on the TP).
2. Take them to a Skill Point discovery location.
3. AFTER you gain the SP at that point, you will get a new message to make a CHARGED QUARTZ CRYSTAL.
4. (You can only make one of them per day per account).
