How many crafting disciplines can you have?

2 craft disciplines per character active at any given time. You can “forget” a discipline and take up another one (without losing progress on the one you give up, it’ll be inactive but your craft level will stay the same) for some coin.

2 at the same time.
It costs some coin to switch to a craft based on the level you have it in.
Switching to something you have at lv0 would cost nothing while switching to something at lv400 costs somewhere around 40silvers.

So in theory you can have all the professions on one character but it’ll get expensive switching back and forth.
