I heard that you now need to get to the full 500 to get all 10 levels. Is this true? How many levels do you get for getting to 400?

You will get 7 levels.

Thank you for the quick answer. I suppose coupled with the 20 levels scroll it’s not so bad. Just have to wait until the prices come down.
