Does anyone knows if I upgraded it from a normal ascended to an infused ascended backpiece does my vital infusion stays?

No it does not … in other words, if you used a crafted infusion that required a freak-ton of mats to make, instead a simple infusion from the token vendor, you basically blew your mats on that infusion only to be wasted when upgraded the item into the Infused version.

Is it working as intended? I guess that’s up for discussion.
