So even though i got my rings at lvl 10 i can’t actually infuse them until i’m running at lvl 20? is this correct?

This coming from the fact that the shard of mist essence only drops in fractals of that scale.

Oh and firther to that, after over 40 lvl 10 runs i have still not had one ring drop – thank the lord for pristine relics. Can’t even convey how kitten off i get when i see threads of people with full bank tabs of rings yet out of 40+ i am yet to see 1.

I agree with RNG and the fact that all cannot be equal, but the difference between peoples RNG shouldn’t be so vast!

You can craft the shard in MF if you have:

5x glob of coagulated mist essence
1x mystic coin
1x glob of ectoplasm
1x fractal relic

I believe that glob of coagulated mist essence start to drop at level 10.

Yeah i have seen this downgrade recipe but in over 100 10+ fractals i have 3 globs of mist essence. RNG – Oh Joy.

You don’t need to infuse your rings before lvl20, so that’s not really a problem. Put 2 simple infusions in 2 rings and you have 10AR, it’s enough to go up some levels. At one point you should get a backpiece to put another 5 AR, and you have enough to try some lvl 20s and try to get a shard.

I’ve already ran 26 with 10AR and didnt come across too many obsticles – Afterall, the agony is avoidable if you know what you’re doing. Jade is the only spanner in the works.

Thanks for the post though man, i stupidly used my fractal relics for obsi shards rather than an exo back piece that i could upgrade.
