Why is that some of my cooking ingredients don’t show up in the experiment window at all? Does it mean that they have simply no more unknown recipes to be used with? Or what is the reason for this? Since i have a lot of red ingredients in that window that i can’t use yet, but they are still there… and then there are ones that just don’t even show up, even while they are in my inventory or bank.

If I remember correctly, yes, that means there are no more discoverable recipes with those ingredients (though there may be unlockable recipes that still use them).

Yep, when it has no more discoveries it goes away from the window. It also goes away it you don’t have any more, obviously.

The red ingredients mean that it can still be used, but you aren’t at a high enough crafting level to use it yet. In cooking I’ve noticed that something will show up as usable but the only ingredients combo will make it red (not high enough level).

Another nice thing (especially in cooking) is that the game will tell you how many more combos whatever you have currently selected has.
