Is the Gift of Mastery Soul or Account bound?

I just looked up recipe and noticed that the Bloodstone Shard is soulbound.

If I want to make my legendary for another character, will the Gift of Mastery (Bloodstone, 250x Obsidian Shard, Gift of Exploration/Battle) be soul or account bound?

afaik all the gifts are accountbound. only bloodstone is soulbound. I’m not sure if obsidian shard is soul/account bound tho x.x

Obsidian shards are acct bound as well.

Crafted: Meteorlogicus, Incinerator, Juggernaut, Sunrise, Bifrost, The Dreamer, Kudzu
