I went to sell a couple of spare recipes for major rune of the mad king on the tp. I noticed there were over 300 orders from only 3 buyers. It’s not even the superior rune recipe!

Does anyone have an explanation for why just a few buyers would buy so many of these?

The only reason I can think of is maybe they’ve found some sort of exploit, but I can’t imagine what that is. You can’t resell them to a merchant and the forge doesn’t take them (Which sorta sucks.). But maybe there’s a more benign explanation.

maybe you can put 4 of them into the MF and hope for an upgraded recipe, not sure

No, I don’t think so. When you have them in your bag, they don’t even show up as an option for putting into the forge.

Maybe they’re trying to anticipate an increase in value after the Halloween event ends? Still though, it’d be pretty risky for just the major rune.

Well, there is already a post in the BLTC forum from someone who’s certain these will become way more valuable after the event ends. That same person might account for the majority of those 300 orders?

ahh. well, good luck to him or her. they are cheap to buy so really not that big a risk.

You still need candy corn and nougats for the recipe which I presume will be pretty much gone after the event or will be too pricey to warrant using on the major runes, sooooooo Yes, best of luck.

Those recipes were selling for like 3c last time I got one. I destroyed it. Maybe someone saw this and decided to just buy all of them.

They are going to be rich in a month or two.
