Hold alt, left click the stack and drag the item to another slot then type in the amount.

Alright, here is my problem. I have a stack of 14 Black Lion Chests (locked) and I want to send 1 and only 1 to my friend, but I cannot figure out a way to “split” the stack….can anyone help with this?
P.S. The reason I put this in crafting is because I also want to send him only 5 iron ingots.
