Items not salvageable?

I have a bunch of apprentice gear I bought off BLTC. It’s mostly req 20 and 25 light armor. It’s all showing as not salvageable. I could swear I’ve salvaged these in the past. What am I missing?

I think its a bug from when they stopped making vendor gear salvageable.
