My main has Armorsmith and Weaponsmith max, I don’t have Jeweler, I need that to craft Vial of Quicksilver, do I need to max Jeweler on my main? or can I max it on another character and just buy the recipe and complete it on that character?

You can make it on an Alt.

Already been answered.

But I’d like to throw it out there that ideally you will get all crafts on a character you know you will never delete.

That said, Jeweler is cheap and is a great leveling tool regardless.
