So after over 1300h playtime I finnally recently finished my Juggernaut, as someone requested I am uploading some screenshots. I might add more over time as I get new armors and colors.

Note the silly annoying Aegis effect. I wish anet would let us disable it in PVE.

Yes, it took a long time. But then again I didnt play the trading post, avoided exploits and wasted ~780g on the task to get colossus out of the mystic toilet. I will probably work on other goals now and not on a 2nd legendary. I think t3 cultural will be my next target.

I found a bug which allows me to keep metallic effect on when switching to another weapon and when no weapon is drawed.
Pretty nice.
A shame this is not the standard. Why do we have to find bugs always to look good?

I love the hammer effect as well on my Guardian, and is quite epic combined with Sunrise’s effect.

Shame most of the time your armor color looks like poop unless you directly change the color scheme for best results depending on the environment.

Yes, the juggernaut is nice, but it needs fixing. For example if someone uses stealth on you, you have to swap weapons to get metallic effect back. The metallic effect on the armor is reflecting invisible backlight, not the actual environment.

Good to see that someone who spent that much time in game got it through hard work.

It’s much better than seeing people with 500 hours whining that they can’t afford their legendary.

I also have the Juggernaut and it was a labour of love, especially when you’re doing it more or less by yourself with no one’s help. It took a while, but when you finally made it without exploits or playing the TP it feels fulfilling.

Congratulations on getting what I personally think is the best looking legendary out there.

Mixed, but the precursor came out of 3x 76 exotics and 1x lvl 80 exotic if I remember right.

780g… I’m beginning to see why some people quit the game after attempting to get a precursor. I’m not even sure I’d have the patience for that.

Get the obsidian shards with fractal fragments – not expensive at all and more rewarding than karma farming

Pretty much random stuff, lvl 80 rare greatswords and hammers, lvl 76-80 exotic hammers, random exotic items I found with little to no value.

I crafted mine too, less than 5 days ago~

Sadly, there’s a stupid bug with the TA armor, so it doesn’t get coated with Metal. =/ I hope this gets resolved soon.

But what happens when you combine the effect with….

If you bug the metallic effect its only displays for you (client side bug). So other people only see the Sunrise effect.

You are misaken my friend, tested and another client can see all the “bugged” effects.

I’d also like to share the upgrade I recently added to my Juggernaut, I call it “The leak”.

Well I asked other people if they could see the metallic effect when using that bug and they all said no.
How do you reproduce the leak? I have it happening randomly but it stops as soon as I use another skill.

100% positive, maybe they had crap computers and their poor eyes couldn’t tell the difference. Or perhaps it was included in later patch for everyone to see it, who knows.

As for the leak, and this is for everyone to try:
As guardian -
Equip another hammer on 2nd weapon set and do the repeatable animation trick on #3, while you switch to your Juggernaut.
You can “leave” the leak midair and simply walk away from it, when you switch back to your crappy hammer. (it will get back to your jugger as soon as you switch back to it)

As for warriors – try to do the same trick with your other animations with 2 hammers, but can’t promise you’ll get the same results.
