why I use recipe:Ascended Heavy Coat which buy from armor shopkeeper.
It cost 3G+5 laurels

But it can not transfomer to keeper’s recipe?

Can I have some way to get keeper’s recipe expect from TP?

you can invent time machine, go back to scarlet invasion living story part.
find a very good coordinated PVE guild,
kill marionette on every try.
in the marionette kill chests (no the chain zevered chest, in these you will get the exotic recipes!), you have a chance to get single keepers recipe.
then good luck to get all six of them , for each piece of armor you want.

also, no ascended accessories of this type.

Buying it from the TP is the only way. And yes, its incredibly stupid that there’s gear that’s magnitudes more expensive to buy than the normal ascended stuff.

Some of the keepers recipes are actually cheaper than the ones you buy from the master crafter and you dont have to pay 5 laurels each….

axe: 4.16 gold

watchwork mechanism to craft insignia/inscription = 8.15 * 9

so total gold for a full set without the “basic” ascended materials:
225.46 gold on recipes and 73.35 gold on mechanisms total ~300 gold above any other gear.

I have 100 laurels, i don’t have 300 gold to spend on experimental armor.

Well, i have 30k gold and running short on laurels. I never said its the cheapest one to craft, i said its the only one not timegated behind laurels.
Personally, i bought all the recipes when they dropped for 1 gold or 2 (and some extra to sell to guys like you). Get the recipes on buy order (they get filled, I am still buying them) and you pay only ~60g for the recipes you need. Watchwork Mechanisms are also still sold to buy orders of 6g (even though the crafting cost is 14-15g, which is cheaper than some crafted inscriptions.

I cannot believe the epic fail which was the final of the LS story done by ANet comes back to haunt me months after…

Not to mention i overfarmed the crap out of that failed event and never got even 1 ascended recipe.

Gj anet once again. How about next time u just ask us nicely to give u money on gems?
