Any word yet? I’ve been combing everywhere to see if i can find any hint. Are they not in yet?

I am guessing you saw data mined versions of this on the GW2DB. As you can see, the legendary armor is called Armor of The Mists.

I will then go ahead a presume that its awarded to players who reach rank 100 in sPvP or from yearly tournaments or some other special feat related to sPvP. Because the sPvP zone is called “The Mists”
