You can make 2 per character that has 100% map completion.

Really? That’s a bit disappointing. Long term, it would have been nice to craft every legendary a character is capable of wielding.

You can, the gift of exploration for 100% map is account bound, this means that you can make as many legendaries as you want as long as you get a new character with 100% map completion for every 2nd legendary.

Well I was wondering because after sinking the gold for Bolt I have nothing to spend my money so I was thinking I wanted to sink into Eternity. Since my Ranger has 100% too

You have 100% map completion on 2 characters (which means you got 4 gifts of exploration) and ask on forum if you cannot get more than 2 legendaries due to gift of exploration, hm?

mhm he was totally waiting to share that with us. guess getting random whispers in game about your legendary isn’t enough I guess.
