I thought I saw some were it was possible to craft a legendary, not by the usual method of finding a pre-cursor, or dumping stuff in the mystic forge. If it possible or just on the drawing table?

Precursor crafting/scavenger hunt is not available atm.
I dont think its even on the drawing table either, rather in the lowest drawer.

It was on the table for awhile and was even looking promising, but then it got scrapped. Won’t be any time soon.
