Guild Wars 2

So, i was wondering, are the gifts of blah blah blah account bound and thus tradeable to other characters? Or are they soulbound so say, my ranger who is a cook wouldn’t be able to make a gift of color to give to my mesmer so he can get The Bifrost?

everything is account bound including mats, gifts, badges, etc, except for the bloodstone shard (200 skill points), and the precursor (if you equip it).
