“The stats for the Legendaries, if I recall correctly, come from the Base. So you can Tstone the base with another exotic and when you make the Legendary it will retain those stats. You can Tstone a Legendary but I heard that it affected the animation on one when someone tried it so I would be cautious in doing that. " ~Munkee
