Guild Wars 2

I was checking the recipe for one of legendary greatswords when this wild note appeared :

For some reason both Twilight and Sunrise do not qualify for this medal even though they are listed to be “Legendary”, instead Eternity does.

Is this still the case or was it a bug ?
