Guild Wars 2

I’ve spent the past 2 hours trying to figure out if these can be made and how; or if they simply drop in the world. (I found one karma seller in the Firelands who sells recipes but they were for level 60 blue greatswords. In weapon smithing the only exotics available req 400 skill and they are level 80. There’s a ton of level 70ish greatswords on the trading post and I’m wondering how people are getting them.

Basically I’d like to mass make these to put in the mystic forge to attempt to make dusk.

Can anyone provide any info?

I’m not sure about Greatswords specifically but the other day I combined a few random yellow quality weapons together and got a level 74 Exotic short bow.

they are from 100% zone completition in high-level zones 70+

As Dakirn & Ivan suggest, they can be obtained from the Mystic Forge or from high level zone completion. I don’t think they can be crafted. I’m pretty sure the only crafted exotics are level 80…especially seeing as how we can only craft items that are every 5 levels. I’ve never seen a crafted item that’s not divisible by 5.
