That is, Giver’s Embroidered Linen Insignia. This item exists on the TP, but there’s no recipe for it? The wiki says it’s a level 275 recipe, but seems to be a lie. Are the insignias only dropped from gifts?

It is probably under the name Giver’s Intricate Linen Insignia.

Most of the Giver’s Embroidered recipes should have been learned automatically, I think, as I did not read recipes for my armorsmith yet she has them all (except the rare silk). The Giver’s Intricate Silk recipe seems to be broken , the recipe says I have it, but it’s not listed as craftable. The gossamer one does work though. You should be able to buy the higher recipes from the TP (maybe you’ll have better luck), search “giver”, they usually show up near the end of the results.
