I pretty much have everything I need to craft sunrise I’m short 80 lodestones and a few t6 mats witch in gonna buy, should I craft this thing before the big patch or wAit and see if anything changes? Also I have 80 unidentified dyes should i use them up before they are account wide?

I don’t see any reason to wait on the legendary but the dyes, if you are going to use them, you probably want to use now. For any duplicate dyes across all your characters you’ll receive an unidentified dye on patch day. So if you use up all 80 you’ll definitely get some duplicates. But if you apply these duplicates to your other characters Anet will give you an unidentified dye per duplicate color. So if you run into some bad luck you’ll just get more unidentified dyes.

Dont think anything will change regarding Leggies that would make you regret to craft it now.

Either use or sell your UIDs now unless you want to wait a very long time to get more gold for them than right now.
