I know it is not possible to infuse amulet yet, but what if it will be possible later? Will I lose my magical infusion for 20 laurels? I don’t know if I should put it inside my amulet or wait.

Yes you will lose any infusion you currently have, just like the rings and backpieces you can currently infuse.

Even if you lose it, I just don’t see why infusing it is worth it. The stats don’t increase, and higher lvl fractals are just hard to come by and are just not worth the effort.
