Hey all i would like to talk about The Minstrel.Why the other legendaries have so much effects?I know they’r precursors are expensive but hey! lets think logical if they make visual upgrade for The Minstrel the price of precursor will go up in
no time and their price will be same as others.I saw The Minstrel visual upgrade and i appreciate that they did something with it but …the notes,#, and other signs flying from The Minstrel arent looking that good as they could.Please share your opinion,maybe some day they will read this post.

Minstrel is pretty up to par in terms of Legendaries. It has a sound effect, a shining aura, as well as the musical notes.

The only thing lacking is maybe footsteps, but this is shared with FSP and partially Howler too (which footsteps are practically invisible). Maybe this needs seeing to, for all three, but at the same time a lot of people like that footsteps lacking (I for one enjoy not having footsteps on my Shield).

IMO, Minstrel isn’t cheaply priced because of it’s lacking effects, it’s because there are so many other wonderful foci available – especially when you Anomaly is one of the most loved weapons in the game, let alone as a focus.

I would prefer is the minstrel musical note trailed behind you instead of footsteps. The minstrels effect on an asura needs to be improved. It is barely noticeable on small character frame.

Yup but you know there is a scepter having same effect as The Minstrel and the notes are the only effect what it has .So A-net can make this just simple exotic doasnt make diffirence.This item dont deserve for “Legendary” title.

It could use a few more effects. Making the notes more visible would be a start, they’re mostly invisible in a lot of lighting scenarios. Also the dirty green gold frame would be so much better in the illumination or some neutral metallic color.

I think its in a pretty good place, but I’ve heard that some people think it looks awkward on their character. I may make one after meteorlogicus, but I kind of want the fractal focus skin more in my opinion.
