Just stuck in 4 tridents into the MF and received a pistol, i thought if you put in 4 in the same you got the same item type back ?

This has been happening more and more lately since January patch. Prior to that, there were isolated reports of this happening.

For now on record your game when you use the forge. Post the video here, otherwise the devs will probably write it off as nothing.
